Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190) is a permanent visa for skilled workers nominated by an Australian state or territory. You can apply from inside or outside Australia.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Under 45 years of age
  • Minimum 65 points
  • State or territory nomination

  • Competent English level
  • Meet health and character requirements
  • No outstanding dues with Australian Government

  • Obtain suitable skills assessment
  • Submit Expression of Interest (EOI) via SkillSelect
  • Receive state nomination
  • Lodge visa application
  • Processing time generally over 3 months
Extended Stay

Subclass 190 is a permanent visa. You can stay in Australia indefinitely. The travel component remains valid for 5 years from visa grant date.
